    Job description

     

    Recently acquired by FTSE-250 PLC Euromoney, TowerXchange is a market research, events and community host focused on telecommunication towers. We have over 35,000 unique contacts within the Telecoms infrastructure industry on our database with new leads being created daily from website registrations, subscription signups, qualified referrals and research.

     

    The successful candidate will be given documents and tools to help them show an understanding of the telecom infrastructure industry. Supporting scripts will help the candidate come across confidently in conversations, allowing the candidate to articulate and refine our value proposition clearly. The candidate will secure scheduled calls for the commercial team, all the time using provided information to name drop key buy side companies and known drivers to help clients understand what’s in it for them to engage with the TowerXchange community.

     

    The applicant will be required to source new leads autonomously based on their own research whilst also searching existing leads on salesforce to seek new business. A close relationship with the commercial team will be essential, working together to target specific companies.

     

    The applicant will manage the diaries of the commercial team and help to create proposals in a timely fashion so as not to delay the sales process. A keen attention to detail will be essential to ensuring accurate contracts are created on an ad hoc basis as the commercial team needs them but also as part of a rebook campaign for each event.

     

    A team player attitude is essential in this role, the applicant will be expected to meet colleague deadlines and deliverables, share vision and progress with the team and report accurate forecasts of their pipeline to create transparency of activities to ensure the team can maximise support.

     

    Energy, drive and confidence call scheduling by phone is essential to this role. The applicant will need to report 20 genuine, unique progressions each week to ensure as a team events achieve and exceed targets and meet milestones as they arise.
