    About the Role

    We are looking for an enthusiastic sales person with previous experience in B2B information subscription and advertising sales

    Reporting to the Head of America Sales, the Account manager will play an important role in the businesses growth.

    The successful candidate will be action-oriented and results-driven and He or She will need to have the ability to think longer-term, build relationships with existing clients, and be creative in driving the business forward.

    The role is to be based out of our New York office, working closely with the editorial team. International Travel will be part of the required role.

     

    What we are looking for:

    • Some sales experience  
    • Strong organizational, time management, communication and people management skills.
    • Good experience of leading and negotiating sales agreements
    • First class presentation skills and ability to deal with senior management and multiple stakeholders
    • Able to quickly grasp new ideas, think on their feet and work to deadlines  
    • Entrepreneurial, with a problem-solving mentality and positive attitude Personal attribute

    Nice to have:

    • Experience of financial services clients
    • Language skills
