You will work with the portfolio’s marketing, sales operations, and product functions to support brand marketing teams with the marketing technology, tools, processes, and data that they need to succeed in delivering growth-oriented marketing strategies.   KEY OBJECTIVES § Own, define, and execute the portfolio’s marketing automation and technology strategy in close collaboration and alignment with the Head of Marketing Operations. § Be responsible for training stakeholders and developing technical and best practice material for our martech platforms. § Collaborate with brand marketing and sales teams to maintain and improve existing functionality that categorises, scores, grades, qualifies, and assigns leads. § Review the work of brand marketers as required to ensure high standards are maintained and data is captured and organised in an effective and compliant way. § Ensure data cleanliness with routine data cleansing exercises – either to remove redundant data or in augmenting what is incomplete – in a way that is compliant with all relevant regulations. § Oversee the flow of data between platforms and seek out opportunities to reduce manual work. § Understand and own the management of communication preferences as customers and prospects move through the funnel. § Identify opportunities to grow or rationalise the suite of marketing tools and optimise for brand self-sufficiency. § Use data and reporting to suggest and implement improvements the process of progressing leads to sales. § Administer martech tools to support users with access and training, and to ensure renewals are processed promptly and correctly.   EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ATTRIBUTES § At least 2 years of professional experience in sales/marketing technology support. § Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field required. § Experienced in administering marketing technology tools, either in a dedicated martech or relevant marketing role. § Experienced in using all aspects of Pardot (preferably certified). § Experienced in using Salesforce or other CRM tools (preferably certified). § Experienced in interfacing with marketing and sales teams to solve problems. § Knowledgeable of martech & digital marketing in general to support in connecting martech to broader marketing and business strategy.   Our ideal candidate will: § Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills and be able to troubleshoot issues, debug configurations, and find effective solutions to technical challenges. § Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit – proactive and self-motivated; value common sense over process. § Be highly organized, able to work under pressure to deadlines and multi-task. § Be intellectually curious about financial & professional services in the markets we serve. § Have a willingness to learn and expand your skillset and adapt to new tools and systems.   BRAND & PRODUCT LIST Our brands serve professionals across two main customer segments. JOB PURPOSE   The Marketing Manager (MM) will be responsible for our event marketing campaign delivery, evolving our events portfolio towards our mission of being the leading provider of fixed income deal-making marketplaces.   Supporting the business in 5 key areas the MM will be responsible for marketing campaign management in: data/customer insights, digital marketing, event marketing (delegate acquisition), marketing communications and social media. JOB PURPOSE    The customer service executive will be working on events and have experience of working in a busy office environment and used to dealing with multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
